Ruben Neves the solution for Wenger?

 
FC Porto's Ruben Neves has been attracting interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs for some time now.
The defensive midfielder has already been capped twice by Portugal, and has made 30 senior appearances for his Primeira Liga side -- all at the tender age of just 18.
Recently compared to a young Sergio Busquets in our Scout's Notebook, Neves could be the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle needed for Arsene Wenger to finally form a title-contending side.
The Sun says that the Gunners are planning a £22 million offer in January, but could face competition from the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and West Ham.
