Norwich City have performed well in recent weeks.
At Chelsea and Manchester City the Canaries were unlucky to lose, while they dominated possession at home to West Brom (60 per cent) and Leicester (66 per cent) despite being beaten by the odd goal each time.
Alex Neil’s side are easy on the eye. However, with just one win in their last six and only five points from a possible 24, a darker narrative is emerging from Norwich’s season. They concede too many and don’t score enough.
It is never a good mix, especially not when Arsenal are in town.
Admittedly, you never quite know what you are going to get from the Gunners, in particular around Champions League appointments, yet their blips have been rare in the Premier League this season and last week’s loss at West Brom was the first since the opening day defeat against West Ham.
